Further to the Company news release of February 21, 2018 and the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated February 28, 2018; the Company has completed the Loan/Bonus Shares transaction.
The $370,000 Loan Agreements have been accepted for filing and the Company has issued 1,480,000 bonus common shares, at a deemed price of $0.05 per share to five non-related parties. The shares are restricted from trading until June 29, 2018.
