James H. Place
A registered professional geoscientist with more than 25 years of experience in the aggregate and engineering fields. He has worked on all phases of aggregate projects from exploration and planning through to testing, development, marketing, production and reclamation throughout northern and coastal British Columbia. Mr. Place has held positions with government, engineering companies, and environmental consulting companies, i.e. Levelton Consultants Ltd., Uplands Resources Inc. and ECL Environment Solutions. His experience includes carrying out professional analysis and providing leadership for aggregate project development and construction engineering related to civil works and major infrastructure projects.
Gary Musil has more than 30 years of management and financial consulting experience and has served as an officer and director on numerous public companies since 1988. This experience has resulted in his overseeing the financial aspects and expenditures on exploration projects in Peru, Chile, Eastern Europe (Slovak Republic), and British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick (Canada). Prior to this, he was employed for 15 years with Dickenson Mines Ltd. and Kam-Kotia Mines Ltd. as a Controller for the producing silver/lead/zinc mine in the interior of British Columbia Canada.

Over 40 years in the mining industry in various capacities such as operations and project engineer, plant manager, senior process metallurgist, and mill/concentrator superintendent. Metallurgical Consultant, recently Vice President & Senior Metallurgist for Micon International Limited (June 2005 – 2011), and prior ten years with Flour Daniel consulting on projects for PT Newmont in Indonesia; Phelps Dodge and Asarco in South Peru; BHP in Santiago, Chile; Cyprus Corp in Arizona and Peru, and numerous other worldwide projects. Prior to Flour Daniel he worked for Billiton International Metals Ltd., Granges Exploration, Sherritt Gordon, Placer Development Ltd., Noranda Mines Ltd. and Anglo American Corporation.
William (Bill) Loucks

Bill received his Honours Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture from the University of Guelph in 1978. He qualified as a Chartered Professional Accountant in 1981. Bill joined Collins Barrow in 1989 and is currently the Managing Partner of the Chatham - Kent practice. In addition to providing audit, accounting and tax services, Bill provides various consulting services. The Chatham-Kent Chamber of Commerce awarded Bill the 2007 Business Professional of the year award. Bill services a large variety of clients in the agricultural sector including many European clients, as well as clients in other sectors of the economy. Bill's focus is on providing owner managers with general business advice and estate planning.Over the years, Bill has been a shareholder of various privately held manufacturing companies.

Luard is a Life Member B.C. Professional Engineers and CIMM and has over 50 years mining experience, and a mining consultant practicing out of Vancouver, B.C. as President of L.J. Manning and Associates since 1967. He has extensive personal expertise in operating underground mines, and has operated small open pit operations.
Luard has supervised and critiqued engineering designs for both surface and underground deposits with emphasis on the effects of design on operating economics. Most notably, completed feasibility studies for Brandywine operation of Northair Mines; the Ruth Vermont project for Columbia River Mines; and the Rabbit Lake open pit project for Gulf Minerals Canada Ltd. He has work experience in Canada, Latin America, and the U.S.A., and has reviewed properties in England and Australia. He is a director and officer of several public companies.
- Ivan Scott, P.Eng., Director
Mr. Scott, of Surrey, B.C., is a Professional Engineer, with over 35 years in the construction and construction-related businesses (general contracting; materials; engineering; and manufacturing). Since starting his own consulting company - SolutionCiment Inc., he has held positions as Contract Engineer for B.C. Hydro; Project Manager for Alterra Power/Worley Parsons, Metro Vancouver/Sandwell, VANOC/Sandwell, and others. He has provided Management for Prince Rupert Container Terminal construction, the Kelowna Floating Bridge replacement project, Prince Rupert sewerage reticulation upgrades, and others.
Mr. Scott received a Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa in 1974. He completed Executive Business Administration Programs at Queens University, Kingston-Ontario; and Duke University –Durham, North Carolina; and an Advanced Concrete Technology Diploma through the University of London-Great Britain. He is a Registered P. Eng. in British Columbia.
